1. Acceptance
By using VoidFort's website, free security audit, or Shield service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on domains and servers that you own or have explicit written permission to test and protect.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Submitting domains you do not own or control for security audits.
- Using the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party infrastructure.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with VoidFort's systems.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without our written consent.
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with the integrity of the platform.
4. Free security audit
The free audit is provided as-is, with no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Vulnerability scanning is performed using automated tools against publicly accessible endpoints of the submitted domain only. We assume you have authorisation to scan the submitted domain; misuse is your sole responsibility.
The scanning VPS is destroyed immediately after the report is delivered. We cannot re-run or reproduce a past scan.
5. Shield service
Paid Shield plans are described on the pricing page. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA during the early-access period.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with 14 days' notice to active customers.
6. Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
7. Intellectual property
VoidFort and all associated marks, logos, and software are the intellectual property of VoidFort. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the subscription term. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Security tools do not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoidFort's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VoidFort harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
